At Country Road Group I led a full BPO transition with a tier-1 global provider, built an AI CoPilot that cut average handle time by 20-25%, and drove $12M in CX-attributed revenue across five brands. I've spent the last year building AI agents, automations, and production tools with Claude Code as my primary development environment. I bring operational rigour and hands-on building capability in equal measure.

How I Work

Embedded, not detached.

Immerse

I sit inside the business, not outside it. First priority: understand the existing pipeline, tools, and workflows. Learn how the team works, what's already been built, and where the biggest opportunities are to accelerate what you've started.

Operationalise

Build on what's already working. Where processes are ad-hoc, I'll help systematise them. Where playbooks are needed, I'll write them. The goal is to take the foundations you've laid and make them repeatable, reliable, and ready to scale.

Build

Where there's a gap, I build the tool. AI agents, workflow automations, internal dashboards, monitoring systems. Not hypothetical — functional, deployed, running. I use Claude Code, the same stack you're already working with.

Scale

Hand back systems that the team can own. Documentation, training, runbooks. The goal is to build operational capability that compounds — not create dependency on any single person.

A note on the All-In rate. The $800 day rate reflects a genuine investment in this partnership. I'm not looking for a typical consulting engagement — I want to build something meaningful alongside you and the team.
